Town / County Tax Bills are mailed to owners on or about December 31st, Due by January 31st without penalty. The Tax Collector can not accept payment on tax bills prior to January 1st.
Tax Bills can be mailed or paid in person at 2218 Judge Road, Oakfield, NY 14125. Postmarked bills are accepted.
Residents can pay their tax bills by credit card at https://genesee.go2gov.net/faces/search.jsp. Please note that there is a 3% convenience fee with a minimum $3.00 charge.
Please note that tax bills paid by January 31st without penalty. There is a 1% penalty for Tax bills paid in February and 2% penalty plus $2.00 for tax bills paid in March. (the $2.00 is already included in your tax bill, please do not add this amount to your bill if paying it in March.)
Tax bills will be collected at the Town Clerk’s Office until March 31st at which time tax bills are turned over to the Genesee County Treasurer.
