NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Alabama will hold a public hearing on the following proposed Local Law at the Alabama Town Hall, 2218 Judge Road, Oakfield, NY 14125, at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th day of July, 2025: Proposed Local Law No. 3 of the Year 2025, Town of Alabama, County of Genesee, State of New York, “A local law to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c.” Copies of the proposed law are available at the Town Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
