NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Alabama will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at the Town Hall, 2218 Judge Road, Town of Alabama, Genesee County, NY to consider the Petition of Sweet Haven Farms for an Area Variance under Article III, Section 306, Table 1, Row A of the Town of Alabama Zoning Law pertaining to Road Frontage for property identified as Tax Map 14.-1-33 located at Sumner Road, in the Town of Alabama. The applicant proposes to divide other parcel and add remaining parcel to this existing parcel and conform to Zoning Law.
The Zoning Board of Appeals invites and will accept both oral and written comments relevant to this application at said hearing.
